2. Service Description

Swinglens is an AI-powered golf coaching tool. You upload swing videos and receive automated coaching feedback, fault detection, and practice drill recommendations. Swinglens is not a substitute for professional golf instruction.

3. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of the videos you upload.
• By uploading videos, you grant Swinglens a limited license to process, analyze, and store them for the purpose of providing the coaching service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any videos you submit.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free accounts include a limited number of analyses per month.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Disclaimer

Swinglens provides AI-generated coaching feedback for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of the analysis or that following the advice will improve your golf game. Use the service at your own discretion. Swinglens is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from following coaching suggestions.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all your data within 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
